What We Cannot Do by Email
We cannot give individual insurance advice, recommend a specific policy for your pet, or provide a personal quote by email. For a quote or advice, contact a licensed insurer or agent directly.
Please do not send sensitive personal or financial information, such as payment details, passwords, or your pet’s medical records. Our estimator does not ask for any of that.
When to Expect a Reply
We aim to reply within 2 to 3 business days. Correction reports are prioritized. If research is needed, we may take a little longer.
