This Privacy Policy explains what information PetCostHub (petcosthub.com) collects when you visit our site, how we use it, and the choices you have. PetCostHub is a pet insurance cost information and estimator site. We are not an insurer, broker, or agency, and we do not sell policies.

Information We Collect
Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information, which may include your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, time of visit, and the site you came from. We use these logs to keep the site secure, diagnose problems, and understand overall traffic.

Information we do not collect. We do not ask you to create an account, we do not collect payment information, and we do not ask for your pet’s medical records.
How the Estimator Handles Your Entries
Our pet insurance cost estimator runs in your browser. When you select a breed, state, and age band, those selections are processed on your device to display the result. We do not store your estimator entries on our servers, and we do not link them to your identity.

Children’s Privacy
PetCostHub is intended for adult pet owners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Data Retention and Security
Server and analytics logs are retained only for the limited period needed for security, troubleshooting, and analysis, then deleted or kept only in aggregated form. Emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and maintain a record of corrections. We use reasonable measures, including encrypted connections, to protect information, but no website can guarantee complete security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we add a new analytics or advertising service. When we do, we will post the revised policy on this page and change the effective date at the top.
